Ingredients
1 kg coarsely crushed methi seeds
1 kg strong red chilli powder
1 kg rough slat
Pinch of hing
½ cup oil
2 Tbsp hing
100g whole dry red chillies – grind coarsely
1 Tbsp arad
50ml Castor oil
Method:
Cook methi in oil low heat. Add a pinch of hing and red dry chillies. Remove from heat and cool. Add chilli powder, arad and salt. Add 2 Tbsp hing and castor oil last. Mix well and store in a bottle
