1 ½ litres oil
3kg rough salt
2 kg crushed methi
¼ cup turmeric
1 tsp hing
1 kg chillie powder
2 kg rough chillies
1 tsp hing
1. heat the oil, shift off from the stove and mix in methi, turmeric powder and 1 tsp hing.
2. place salt in a pre heated oven on 180 degress for 7 minutes. empty into an enamel dish. empty the methi over it and leave to cool
3. add remaining hing and chillies. mix well..
