1 cup steak or chicken cut into julienne strips
1 ½ cups carrots- cut into julienne strips
1. Heat oil and stir fry the meat. Add chilli garlic paste, lemon juice and salt.
3. Add the sauces and cook until light and crunchy.
4. Lastly add dhania and spring onions.
5. Serve with either pita bread or bread rolls.
