1 cup yoghurt
1tsp bicarb.
¼ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup oat bran
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup oil
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
¾ cup choc. Chips
METHOD:
Measure yoghurt and bicarb – set aside. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Beat sugar, egg and vanilla. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add sugar mixt. bran and choc. Chips Mix alternately with yoghurt Bake for 20 mins.
