INGREDIENTS
• 250g Butter.
• 8 tsp Baking Powder.
• 2 tsp whole Jeero.
• 4 cups Cake Flour.
• Half Tsp Salt.
• 4 Tblsp Sugar.
• 1 cup milk
Method.
• Sift together dry ingredients.
• Cut butter into small pieces and rub into dry ingredients.
• Add jeero and make dough with milk.
• Pat dough thickly onto board or roll out.
• Cut into fingers or desired shapes with a biscuit cutter.
• Bake @ 140 c for half an hour.
• Lower heat to 100 c and allow to get crisp.
