1 kg mangoes
4 Tbsp mustard powder
4 Tbsp green pounded chillies
1 Tsbp whole mustard
½ bottle vinegar
½ bottle oil
Salt to taste
Beat mustard in a little vinegar and oil till frothy like mayonnaise, add to mangoes. Add pounded green chillies. Heat whole mustard in a little oil till they stop spluttering and pour over mangoes. Lastly add rest of vinegar and oil. The consistency will be curdy and these are pickles that can not be kept form lengthy periods, so make small quantities at a time
