for 1kg meat…
chop 2 onions finely
n add to pot with whole jeero,
cinnamon sticks and whole elachi and
whole blk pepper.
when onions are soft add in meat with salt n arad and let it cook. add some water. when meat is halfway cooked add n tomatoes (please peel n chop tomatoes – no grating) then cook till almost done. now add red ginger garlic masala, dhana jeero, gharam masala, stir n let it cook until meat is done. before u serve warm up and 4tblsn plain yoghurt n bring to boil. add fresh chopped dhana n spring onions
