2 CUPS FLOUR
4 TBLSP BUTTER
1 ¼ TSP SALT
1 ½ TSP BAKING POWDER
¾ CUP OF HALF MILK AND WATER MIXTURE. MILK AND WATER MUST BE WARM
METHOD
MAKE DOUGH WITH WARM MILK MIXTURE. ROLL INTO 2 BIG ROTIS LITTLE THINNER THEN PURIES.
PLACE FILLING ON THE ONE ROTI AND PUT THE OTHER ROTI ON TOP.SEAL WITH FLOUR AND WATER PASTE MIXTURE. CUT WITH SHARP KNIVE INTO SQUARES. PRESS EDGES WITH FORK AND FRY IN HOT OIL TILL LIGHT BROWN.
USE MINCE, CHICKEN OR STEAK FILLING.
