500g cherries.. fresh or frozen
500g plums or a mix of plum and 200g grapes… I used 300g plums and
¾ cups sugar
1 cinnamon stick
A slice of lemon
1 litre of water plus 1 litre cold water
Boil in 2 litres of water for 30 minutes..
Once boiled strain and then squeeze with the back of the a spoon all
the excess juice.
