1 pkt yeast – instant dry yeast
1 egg
½ cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 cup luke warm water
Make dough and leave to rise for about 1 ½ hours…roll round; add potatoes, seal and LEAVE TO RISE AGAIN BEFORE BAKING.
Filling…
Boil potatoes until mushy but not mash ;). Then add green masala, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream or cream cheese.
