170g butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 full cup crunchy peanut butter
10 ml vanilla essence
8 ml baking powder
2 ml salt
Approx 2.5 cups cake flour (more or less)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 deg Celsius.
Cream butter and sugar well.
Add in eggs, vanilla essence and beat.
Add the peanut butter. Beat until well combined.
Sift in baking powder and salt.
Make a soft dough with the cake flour by adding little bits at a time.
Make balls.
Press with a fork and bake for approx. 15 to 20
mins till slightly browned.
