2 tsp ghas
4-5 Tbsp condensed milk
1 can pear
1 can Nestle cream
Red food clouring.
Method:
Mix ghas with a little cold milk to form a paste, then and remaining milk and bring to a a boil. Boil for a few minutes. Remove from heat add condensed milk and allow to cool. Puree pear in electric blender or processor. Add to the milk together with ½ can cream. Mix well and pour into a bowl. Allow to set in refrigerator 4-5 hours or overnight. Meanwhile add a drop or two of red colouring to the remaining half can of cream, giving it a pale pink shade. Pour over set jelly. Decorate as desired.
