½ cup vinegar
3 tsps fine salt or as required
3 tblsp aamli – tamarind juice soaked in vinegar and liquidized
2 tsps coarse red chillies
½ cup methi masala
½ cup oil
A few curry leaves, sliced fresh garlic, whole mustard seeds
METHOD
Liquidize 2 peppers in vinegar.
Slice 2 peppers in very fine cubes
Add salt, amli juice, chillies and methi masala and garlic.
Heat oil with leaves ,mustard and garlic
Pour oil over the chutney.
Store in a fridge
