4 cups flour
1 pkt 10 g instant yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tblsp olive oil
About 2 cups lukewarm water
• Mix all ingredients to make a soft dough
• leave dough to rise in double its size
• when risen make 8 balls, roll into oblong shape rotis
• make finger tip marks on rotis
• Smear with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and dry parsley.
• Grill in oven on a high heat for about 5 to 10 min and turn other side to brown
• When done put rotis in a Tupperware covered with a cloth.
