3 Red peppers-chopped
2 Green apples, pealed and chopped
2 Cups vinegar
Boil all three together until peppers are soft +/- 15 mins. More vinegar may have to be added.Cool.
Then add:
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
2-3 Tablespoon Methi Masala
1 Tablespoon jeeroo
1 Tablespoon tal
1 Tablespoon coconut
1 Tablespoon badaam
1 or 2 Cloves garlic
Liquidise:
Make vagaar with limri and rye and pour over. Cool and bottle.Try this chutney. It's a change from the boring red tomato and green and aamli chutneys.
