½ tsp salt
1 packet 10g instant yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 egg beaten
125 g butter
¾ cup milk
¾ cup water
Sift dry ingredients into a dish
Melt butter in water n milk n heat till luke warm
Add to flour, then add egg
Knead to make dough (u may need extra flour) add little @ a time
Allow to rise to double
Punch down
Leave to rise again n punch down once more
Divide dough into small balls
Roll out on floured surface.
Bake on greased pan in a moderate oven
