4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 pkt – 10g instant yeast
65gr butter
1 egg
¼ cup oil
6 tblsp sugar
2 to 2 ½ cups lukewarm water
• Mix all ingredients together besides the water.
• Make a soft and leave to rise
• Once risen divide into 3 parts.
• Leave 1 part plain, mix red chillies in second part and in third part add parsley with a little green colouring.
• Plait it and leave it to rise for about ½ an hour.
• Brush egg and put jeeru on 1 piece, poppy seeds on other piece and tal on third piece.
• Bake in moderate oven till bread is baked
