Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 Onions
For Cooking
Oil
Green Masala
Chicken (Cubed)
Salt
Pepper
For Garnish
Spring Onions (Finely chopped)
Dhania (Finely chopped)
Fresh Cream
Boil
Peel the potatoes and onions. Boil them with salt in water until potatoes and onions are soft and mushy. Keep the water
Liquidize
Blend the boiled potatoes, onions and the cooking water until smooth and creamy.
Make Vagaar
In a pot, heat some oil. Add the chopped onions and green masala. Saute until fragrant.
Add chicken
Add cubed chicken. Season with salt, pepper and green masala. Cook until the chicken is lightly cooked.
Add soup base
Pour in the liquidized onion potato mixture. Sitr well. Bring to a gentle boil and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Finish & Serve
Add finely chopped spring onions and chopped dhania. Sitr well. Top with fresh cream. Serve hot and enjoy!
