4 potatoes boiled and cubed
1 onion cubed
1 tsp whole jeero
2 tsp ground garlic
1.Braise onions in ghee with jeera and garlic until pink
2. Add the following ingredients:
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp green chillies – crushed
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup finely sliced curry leaves
½ tsp roughly ground jeera
½ tsp lemon pepper or 3 tblps lemon juice
When all the above is braised with onions, remove from stove and add in potatoes
Leave to cool before filling.
