Quick lunch delight (21.12.2010)

6 eggs, hard boiled and shelled
6 Vienna Sausages, sliced into rings
50g butter
50ml milk
Salt/pepper to taste
100g cheese grated
 
Method:
Pre heated the oven to 180C. Grease and oven proof dish. Slice the eggs into thick slices and arrange in the preheated dish. Spread the sausages on top. Prepare a white sauce using the butter, flour and milk, season well with salt and pepper and half the grated cheese. Mix well and pour over the ingredients in the dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes or till the dish is heated through and the cheese has melted
