15 whole dry red chillies
3 cloves garlic
½ cup vinegar
2 Tbsp methi masala
2 Cup tomato sauce
7 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp whole mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Soak the chillies and garlic in the vinegar for few hours. Place in a hot pot over heat and bring to the boil. Add the methi masala, tomato sauce and lemon juice, mix well- Blender. Heat the oil and mustard seeds. Pour over the sauce and stir until well combined.
