1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp bicarb of soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cocoa
1 cup oil
1 ½ cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1 bottle Moirs red colouring
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
• Sift all dry ingredients together
• Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl and add to dry ingredients, beat well for 3 minutes
• Scoop in cupcake cases
• Bake on 180 for +- 20minute
Frosting
• 1 tub smooth cream cheese
• 1tsp vanilla essence
• 125g butter
• 2 cups icing sugar
• Beat together and decorate
