REMEDY FOR ACHES AND PAINS.

 

  MUSTARD OIL – YELLOW ONE 

  ALMOND OIL

  OLIVE OIL

MIX TOGETHER EQUAL QUANTITIES AND APPLY WHEN NEEDED.

 

ARTHRITIS PAIN

 

100g KHAKAN

1 BOTTLE VASELINE

¼ CUP OLIVE OIL

2 TBLSP CAMPHORATED OIL, 1 TBLSP EAUCALYPTUS OIL

ADD ANY BALM OF CHOICE.

 

MELT TOGETHER ABD BOTTLE. RUB ON AFFECTED PARTS

 

COUGHS.

½ BOTTLE HONEY

½ CUP OLIVE OIL

1 BOTTLE BORS DRUPPELS

A LITTLE LINSEED OIL

1 TBLSP BLACK PEPPER

1TBLSP GINGER POWDER

1 TBLSP CINNAMON POWDER

MIX TOGETHER AND HAVE 3 X A DAY.

 

DIABETIC REMEDY.

 

1 SMALL PIECE DHOODI – MARROW

FRESH CURRY LEAVES

 

BOIL IN 2 CUPS WATER UNTIL IT BECOMES 1 CUP. HAVE EVERY MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

 

REMEDY TO BOOST IMMUNE SYSTEM.

1 TSP HONEY

1 PINCH CINNAMON POWDER

1 PINCH KULUNJI POWDER

MIX TOGETHER IN ½ CUP COOLED BOILED WATER AND CONSUME EVERY MORNING ½ HOUR BEFORE BREAKFAST.

DIABETIC REMEDY

50g WHEAT FLOUR

100g GHONDAR

100g BARLEY SEEDS

 100g KULUNJI SEEDS

GRIND ALLTHESE TOGETHER.

              THEN

MIX IN 3 CUPS COLD WATER.

BOIL 7 CUPS WATER SEPARATELY AND THEN ADD 3 CUPS OF WATER WITH GROUND INGREDIENTS.

BOIL ALL THIS TOGETHER FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN STRAIN AND FILTER OUT ANY SEEDS. BOTTLE AND CONSUME ¼ CUP EVERY MORNING.

KEEP IN FRIDGE.

 

ATHLETES FOOT REMEDY

RINSE FEET IN HOT WATER.

 

REMEDY FOR ANGINA

HAVE 1 TSP CAYENNE POWDER DAILY.

 

REMEDY FOR PILES.

APPLY CASTOR OIL

APPLY VICKS

APPLY ZAMBUK

 

REMEDY FOR ANTS
