Ingredients
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp green masala chillies
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tblsp Dhana
1 tblsp Jeeroo
Pinch saffron
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tblsp ginger garlic
Mix all above ingredients together and then marinate the meat overnight
Cook in a POT until tender. Add more water if necessary until done
Use the sauce of the marinade to moisten the meat while cooking.
Serve with corn, fried mushrooms and cubed fried potatoes, and garlic pita bread.
