½ kg chicken cubes
1 onion (cubed)
2 Tbsp ghee
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sago (soaked in hot water)
2-3 bay leaves

Method:
Braise the above ingredients together until water has evaporated. Mixture should be dry.
Add peppers, cloves, bay leaves and sago.
Add to the chicken filling and mix well.
