Salaata Harra recipe (to serve with rice dishes) (05.03.15)

Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped fresh dhania
1 garlic clove
1-2 green chillies (more if you prefer it spicier)
A pinch of jeeru powder
The juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
 
Method:
Put everything in a processor or blender and pulse for a few seconds until almost liquidised – leave some small chunks for texture.
Pour into a bowl & keep chilled until serving.
Delicious with rice dishes
