Dough
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup milk
¼ pound butter
Filling:
½ kilo chicken fillet
1 Tbsp red masala
Whole jeero
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp all gold peri peri sauce
1 Tbsp minnies hot sauce
Oil to braise
Oil to braise
Salt to taste
Method:
Add all the dough ingredients and make into bread crumbs.
Tie with milk, into 4 rotis and cut into 4 triangles.
Add cooked filing near the big end of triangle and roll till tip of triangle is at the top
