2 c self raising flour       Â
1 tsp salt                       Â
1/4 tsp baking pwd         Â
1 egg                               Â
1/2 c creamed corn         Â
1/2 c buttermilk     Â
finely chopped dhunya.
Diced green chilliesÂ
2 tbsp oilÂ
Sift flour n salt n baking pwd in a mixing bowl. Form a well. Drop in the beaten egg n creamed corn n buttermilk n greens. Mix well. Then stir in the oil till well blended. Drop tbsp-full of batter on greased n well heated pan till bubbles appear, then flip n cook till evenly browned on both sides. Serve with chutney or sauces.
