INGREDIENTS
1 bunch methi bhajie
1 cup self raising flour
1 tblsp chana flour
1 egg
1 tsp salt
Green chillies to taste
2 tblsp cream style sweet corn
1 ¾ cup water
METHOD
Wash and chop methi bhajie finely. Add in remaining ingredients together with enough water to form a soft batter
Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a lightly greased non stick pan or a tawa, turning once until golden brown on both sides.
