WHEN CHICKEN IS COOKED ADD SOME JALAPENO SAUCE, CRYSTAL HOT SAUCE AND SWEET CHILLIE SAUCE AND SOME MIRACLE WHIP. CHICKEN MIXTURE MUST NOT BE TOO RUNNY. MAKE PANCAKES IN GREASED PAN. PUT CHICKEN FILLING IN PANCAKES AND ADD SOME GRATED CHEDDAR AND TUSSERS CHEESE ON TOP.FOLD LIKE A POCKET USING LAAI TO STICK EDGES. DIP IN EGG AND BREADCRUMBS AND SHALLOW FRY.
