½ kg mutton mince
½ cup fat (minced)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp ground cloves
1 tblsp ground dhana
½ tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp green chillies (optional)
Mix everything together until well combined. Mould around skewers and braai over hot charcoal or place in a pan and bake in a hot oven until done. Once done u can add it to a pot and add lemon juice and butter.
