Ingredients :
500gr mutton or steak mince
½ cup minced fat
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground dry dhania
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp green chillies (optional)
Method :
– Mix all ingredients together and form into seekh kebabs.
– Mould around skewers and grill over hot charcoal or place in a greased pan and place in a hot oven until cooked.
– Serve with lemon and chutney.
