Very often we get asked on the groups

What can I make with leftover samoosa mince

Or fillings. or even leftoverfresh cream that needs to be used up …or a quick savoury option old fashioned style

Here’s a easy dough recipe that’s versatile. Light and tasty

Can be made in a few minutes

In the old days Malaai..was plentiful..the cream that we got when we boiled fresh farm  milk ..so this was initially malaai scone dough

Now I made it with fresh cream

U can mix cream and milk also

1 and half cup sifted flour

1 tblsp ghee

1 tsp baking powder

Half tsp salt

Approx 1 cup malaai or cream or mixed cream and milk

Make a nice soft dough

Knead well

Roll out into a large square

Brush liberally with beaten egg

Spread cooked samoosa mince liberally

Roll like a Swiss roll tightly

Pick the edges

Chill in freezer

Cut and place on greased tray

Bake on 180 degrees approx 20 minutes

Serve with ur favourite dip

Enjoy
