1 kg tasty wheat.
2 cups ghee.
Handful sultanas.
1 large tin Condense milk.
1 large tin Nestle cream
½ liter milk
Fine elachi

Method:
Take ghee with whole cinnamon sticks; braise tasty wheat with sultanas on low heat slowly until sultanas well. Beat eggs, nestle cream, condensed milk, elachi, and colouring and add to tasty wheat mixture. Allow to steam on low heat then add a liter of boiling water, steam further then add 7 cups sugar with 1 pkt saffron Lastly add ½ cup coconut, badaam and pista and allow to steam further.
