Ingredients:
1 pkt instant yeast
3 cup flour
2 cups whole-wheat flour, sifted
2 tsp slat
1 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs beaten
¼ lb butter melted
+- cup warm skim milk
Method:
Mix the yeast, flours, salt and sugar together. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, butter and milk to make a soft dough. Knead a little. Shape into 24 bread buns and cover with an oiled cling wrap. Leave to rise for 1 hour. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
