INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch (finely chopped) spinach
300g- ricotta cheese
Season to taste
Springroll purr / Phyllo pastry sheets
METHOD:
Soak choppe spinach in boiling water. Stand 3 minutes. Drain in colander at least for 1 hour
(till dry).
Mix grated cheese, spinach and seasoning.
Wrap in spring roll purr (pastry).
Brush with butter and bake at 200*c for 10-15 minutes.
