Ingredients:
1 Cup flour
1 Tables maziena
2 Teaspoon baking powder
Boil:
½ cup milk
¼ cup oil
Beat: 4 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon Vinilla essence
Add flour and milk mixture. Alternately until mixture is complete. Bake in flat oven pan. Bake at 170 until cake is done.
Custard: ¾ cup custard powder. 1Lt milk
Cream: Whip cream till thick with a little icing sugar sprinkle with roasted coconut
Variation: For chocolate cake add 2 tables coconut
Roast: 2-4 tables coconut
