1 kg steak cut 2cm size squares
1 tsp salt
2tbs kashmiri chilli powder
1 tbs dhana jeera
¾ tsp black pepper
½ tsp arad
½ tsp mustard powder
1 tbs red ginger garlic
2 tbs brown vinegar
2 tbs worster sauce
3 tbs mustard sauce
4 tbs mayonnaise
4 tbs bbq sauce
4 tbs oil
Wash & soak steak in vinegar water. Marinate steak in above. Then add 1 tbs oil to a pot & heat, (save some marinade for later), I double the recipe for extra sauce. Once the oil is heated add the steak to fry, then add ½ cup water and let it cook, add water gradually until soft, once the oil starts coming up, add the remaining marinade let it dry out, if drying out add a little more water.
Cut 6 large potatoes into neat chips and fry (must not be too crispy) spice with salt, chilli powder & vinegar (must be bit wet so don’t let all the oil drain out.
Fry 12 slices garlic polony (crispy) Steam then fry 6 sausages cut up each piece into 4. Add the polony & sausages to the steak just before serving.
Assemble: Add the chips, then the steak sausages & polony, do not pour all the sauce over, set some aside…enjoy with rolls.
