1 kg cubed steak
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 ½ tsp green chillies
½ tsp white pepper
½ cup sesame oil
1 ½ pkt spring roll pastry or
36 sheets pur
Sauce:
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp maizena
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ cup
Extras:
1 cup cheese
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 ½ cup cut corn
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 cup peas
1 cubed green pepper
1 cup boiled vermicelli
Chopped greens
Method:
Stir fry the steaks in sesame oil till done
Sauce:
Braise the butter and the cornflour add the salt and milk and stir continuously till thick.
Add to the steaks
Extras:
Add the cheese, mayonnaise, corn mixed vegetables, peas, green pepper and boiled vermicelli to the steaks. Lastly add the greens.
Mix well.
Method for folding:
Cut the pur into four, depending on the size of the pur.
Spoon a little filling onto each pur. Roll up in an envelope shape.
Make sure the edges are sealed with flour paste.
Fry in medium hot oil.
