2009-08-13:
Boil 1 cup of rice keep aside
In a separate pot, add 1 Tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp rice spice and a variety of vegetables (of your choice) – cut up, and 1 Tbsp soya sauce braise this all for +- 5 min
Then add in your boiled rice. Mix well.
Allow to stream for +- 15 minutes.
