1 TSP SALT OR TO TASTE
1 TSP TURMERIC
2 TSP DHANIA POWDER
1 TSP JEERA POWDER
2 TSP RED CHILLIE POWDER
1 TSP CRUSHED RED CHILLIES
1 POTATOE – CUT INTO 4 PIECES – OPTIONAL
2 TBLSP AAMLI JUICE – OPTIONAL
METHOD
• IN A POT BRAISE TOGETHER CHOPPED ONIONS , JEERO SEEDS, MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLIES IN A LITTLE OIL
• ONCE ONIONS ARE BRAISED ADD LIQUIDISED TOMATOES WITH THE BALANCE OF THE SPICES…
• ALLOW TO SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES THEN ADD BOILED SUGAR BEANS…
• ADD 2 CUPS WATER AND CUT UP POTATOES AND ALLOW TO COOK ON LOW FOR ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL GRAVY IN ABIT THICK…
• LASTLY ADD TOMATOE PUREE AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES…
• YOU MAY ADD 2 TBLSP OF AAMLI JUICE TO THE SUGAR BEANS..
