• ONCE ONIONS ARE BRAISED ADD LIQUIDISED TOMATOES WITH THE BALANCE OF THE SPICES…
• ALLOW TO SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES THEN ADD BOILED SUGAR BEANS…
• ADD 2 CUPS WATER AND CUT UP POTATOES AND ALLOW TO COOK ON LOW FOR ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL GRAVY IN ABIT THICK…
• LASTLY ADD TOMATOE PUREE AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES…
• YOU MAY ADD 2 TBLSP OF AAMLI JUICE TO THE SUGAR BEANS..
