½ cup oil
1 ½ cups self raising flour
1 tsp salt
½ cup semolina
1 tsp bicarb
½ cup grated cheese
1 small onion chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped or to taste
¼ cup chopped dhania
1 cup milk
1 can creamstyle sweetcorn
¼ cup shallots
Method
•mix together oil, sweetcorn, onions,, greens and half of the cheese
•mix in all the dry ingredients, alternating with milk
•pour into greased pan and sprinkle remaining cheese
•bake at 180 for 25 to 30 minutes
