One kilo chicken mince
Add in:
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
Half tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Green masala according to how strong u want
Half tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp dry dhana
2tsp dry jeeroo
4 slices bread soaked in water and squeeze all the water out fresh chopped dhana or spring onion (I add both)
3tblsp oil
Dash of lemon pepper
2 tsp chicken spice
Crushed garlic
Half cup bread crumbs
Mix all together well
adjust taste
Take a huge piece of foil
Oil it well
Roll a thick long log of your mince
Forming it with your hand
Place in centre of foil
Close tightly
This will make 4 rolls
Place on a wire wrack thats in an oven proof dish add little water to the bottom
Cover with foil
Par bake in oven until tender
Remove
cool completely
Slice up thick slices
Dip in egg n crumbs
Freezer suitable
