25 mangoes peel & slice
½ cup rough salt
3 Tbsp chillie powder
1 tsp arad
½ cup methi masala
3 Tbsp crushed methi seeds
3 Tbsp mustard crushed
250g tamarind juice
3/4 cup vinegar
1 slice garlic
½ cup oil
Method:
Cut mangoes into slices. Add salt chillie powder arad methi masala crushed methi & mustard seeds. Soak aamli in vinegar- strain into mangoes. Fry garlic till pink leave to cool add to mangoes.Mix well store and refrigerate.
