1/2 kg Steak cut in strips
Cook with 1 tsp ginger garlic masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp arad
2 tsp dry dhana
5 Tab lemon juice
1 grated onion
1 grated tomato
3 Tab tomato puree
Ghee/oil
Once meat is cooked flake meat and add tomato sauce, mayonnaise n mustard sauce.
Fry chips season with salt, vinegar n red chilies.
Put steak , then seasoned chips and grated cheese.
Butter the sandwich on both sides and toast .
Wrap in foil n serve immediately.
