1 onion
1 red pepper
1 tomato
2 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp green masala
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop the veggies + braise in garlic + green masala until soft. Remove from pot and liquidize all ingredients. Transfer pulp back into same pot.
Add a tin cream of tomato soup
Add 1 pkt Knorr cream of tomato soup
Add with 3 cups water
Heat soup and add 1 x 250ml fresh cream.
