½ cup ground chillies (red or green)
½ cup curry leaves
1 cup oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
4 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp mustard seeds
2 Tbsp crushed methi masala
1 Tbsp mustard powder
Wash and dry curry leaves. Wash, peel and cut mangoes in small cubes. Put in bowl and add all ingredients together. Mix and toss well. Heat oil and pour over bowl of mangoes. Mix well together. Cool and bottle
