20-25 Mangoes
125 g ginger/ garlic strips
125 g green chillies
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup oil
3 tbsp methi seeds
3 tbsp crushed jeero
3 tbsp crushed dhana
¾ cup sugar
Method:
Grate ½ mangoes cut ½ not small pieces. Sprinkle rough salt & leave overnight. Drain & dry in the sun. Sprinkle rough salt on ginger, garlic & chillies and leave overnight drain & dry. Add the rest to mangoes & mix well. Refrigerate.
