¾ box Phyllo Pastry
½ cup melted ghee
¾ kg mince
2 chopped onions salt to taste
1 tsp ground jeeru
½ tsp garam masala
1 tblsp Shan curry powder
1tsp ginger
½ tsp arad
1 tsp garlic
Green chillies to taste
3 tblsp lemon juice
METHOD
• Heat a bit of oil and fry onions.
• When onions are fried remove all excess oil
• Add mince and rest of ingredients
• Cook until dry
• Allow to cool
• Add one chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, some green dhania and spring onions
• Mix and set aside
• Place ½ of Phyllo sheets in baking tray
• Top with mince mixture
• At this stage you can add one beaten egg to mince if desired
• Top with rest of Phyllo sheets
• Slice ,then pour hot ghee over and bake
