Half tin coffee caramel ..(caramel treat in the coffee flavor)
Crushed biscuits…I used tennis biscuits
Whip the cream till soft peaks form..add in the caramel and mix well
Layer biscuit base…pipe or spoon the cream over
Top with biscuits.. choc hips and a dusting of coffee
